Why Learning Innovations?
CIL works with RCCs to build SEAs’ capacity to stimulate, select, implement, and scale up innovations in learning. CIL focuses on the school and classroom as the principle points of entry for learning innovations, with SEAs and LEAs playing significant roles in bringing the innovations to the school. www.centeril.org
