 FTM is a Canadian holding company specialized in rail
transportation technologies, railway operations, electrical and
telecommunication infrastructure installations, manufacturing of
no-dig rigs, distribution, finance, and management.
 FTM was initially created to respond to the rising new needs of the
Canadian railway market.
 Subsequently FTM management has undertaken a diversification
strategy in other industrial areas and in the finance and
investment field.
 FTM expertise includes strategic planning, manufacturing,
commercialization, privatization, integrated maintenance services,
distribution of parts, and financial services.
 FTM shareholders, associates, and employees have on average
more than 20 years of experience and expertise at all levels of
railway activities, finance, M & A, and business engineering.
 Initially FTM was based in Canada.
 Over the last three years FTM shareholders started investing in
the European community, more specifically in Italy.
 Today FTM has offices and industrial facilities in different Italian
Cities.

Telecommunications installation, Electrical installation and NoDig machine manufacturing.

to complete any kind of installation or maintenance project in
Italy.
 RA is discussing new potential contracts with other rail
customers in Italy.

hole guided and steered system, allowing control of the drilling
tools in any path, even in solid rock

utilities without open-cut trenches which eliminates problems such
