YiA Projects for young people with
health issues and disability
Youth Exchanges
Groups of young patients from Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany
Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Slovakia meet in Hungary to do creative
work on identity, culture and their position in society. At the end of the week
they perform street theatre about the situation they face and show creative
solutions.
Training
and Networking
Hungary national patient platform sets up an international partnership
building seminar to do exchanges or EVS afterwards. This gives the chance to
discuss with youth workers from different countries dealing with young
patients, get to know each other and see how to develop projects together.

EVS volunteer in Greece in a rehabilitation centre
Taking care of disabled children organizing free time activities
