1. Once the student has completed the TABE/CASAS test, please fill out the form and email/fax it to the online instructor.
2. Enroll the student into ACES with the class code used at the location where the student took the tests.

GED OnlineClass Procedures
Once the online teacher receives the
student’s skills sheet, the student is sent a
username and password and must complete
the online orientation.
Based on the information received from the
skills sheet, the online teacher completes an
individualized lesson plan for the student.
Students receive their assignments via email.
GED OnlineClass Procedures
Students are required to complete three
assignments per week to remain in the
program.
Students are required to contact their teacher
at least once a week.
Additional assignments are given to students
as needed.
Students are encouraged to go study both
online and in the classroom, if possible.
GED OnlineClass Procedures
After 1 month, or when a student has
demonstrated mastery of the subject
matter, students are required to return to
the local program to post test.
Teachers will instruct students and local
programs on what post test to administer.
GED OnlineClass Procedures
GED OnlineClass sends a quarterly report
to all programs indicating online work of all
students who TABE at their location.
The online teacher will be in contact with
the teachers in the onsite classroom.
