• Make a facebook group/email thread for
communication within committee

• Think about ordering clothing for exec over

Admin Rights
• You officially become exec on the 1st July
• We will email over the summer with deadlines for
giving you your admin rights
• Your admin rights allow you to
– Edit your website (update new exec details asap!)
– Email your members
– See who is a member
• You will need to buy your membership again for the
Societies Guild and your society to get admin rights –
expire 2016
• All must have signed up before Welcome Week

Room Bookings
• Will be available from Welcome Week
• Don’t let this stop you from planning events
though!

• Will be allocated based upon Inventories
