Bialski Owoc Ltd is a producer group bringing together 26 members, who grow fruits and
vegetables. It was established in 2010. The company initially was composed of 5
producers, however, in 2011 was joined by subsequent 21.
The head office of the company is located in Biała Rawska a picturesque area famous for
fruit plantations mainly apples. A convenient location in the centre of Poland facilitates the
cooperation with Polish as well as foreign customers.
The farms that comprise the producer group are specialised in production of high quality
fruits and vegetables mainly apples. The unique climate of Biała Rawska region causes that
products produced here have a characteristic and unique flavour.
Plantations
The producers of our group grow fruits and vegetables on the acreage of 300
hectares. 85 % of the plantations constitutes apples. The amount of growing
area is constantly increasing. According to our plans it will have amounted to
400 hectares until 2015 .
The produced fruits are characterized by the highest quality. Each producer of
the group possesses IP certificate. We have also a group certificate Global G.A.P.
We have made an effort to gain BRC certificate in the future.
Product assortment
We work on sale of fruits throughout the year. The fruits from our offer
are characterized by high quality and wide variety. Our offer contains:
Apples: Lobo, Cortland, Delicates, Paulared, Sampion, Jonagored, Jonagold,
Red Jonaprince, Ligol, Rubinstar, Gloster, Red Chief, Gala Must, Gala Royal,
Golden Delicious, Mutsu, Idared, Najdared
Pears: Lucas, Conference
Cabbage: Chinese Cabbage, Cabbage lettuce
Storage
Company’s storage capacities of fruits and vegetables amount to 16 000
tonnes.
32 cold rooms (ULO), located in newly built sorting and repository centre, can
accommodate 8 000 tonnes of fruits and vegetables. Succeeding 8 000 tonnes
are accommodated in storage facilities of the producers who are the
members of our group. For the time being 80% of fruits is stored in
plastic pallet cases. By the end of 2015 all fruits and vegetables will
have been stored in this way.
Preparation for sale
Company’s sorting and repository base, which was put into operation in
2014, was equipped in up-to-date machines and facilities preparing fruits
for sale. Due to two apple sorting lines we are able to prepare for sale
150 tonnes of fruits daily.
Owing to a modern weighting and packing machine we are able to pack,
in a short time, products according to customer’s requirements.

Distribution
We do not rely on external transport. We have invested in our own logistic
base.
At the moment 5 trucks are at company’s disposal and we are able to deliver our
products to customers.
