What is the #1 job of the
Assistant Governor?
Well, your #1 job is to
assist Governor Ron.
2013 District 7570 DTTS
OK, so what’s
your #2 job?
2013 District 7570 DTTS
Remind the
Club Presidents
of what they’re
supposed to do next!

“To-do” List for the
Rotary Foundation
Club Foundation Goal Form is DUE at PETS –
this is where the PE’s set their club goal for
Annual Fund giving (sustainer money) and
PolioPlus.
Suggest that your PE’s use the 5-yr history
chart of their club’s giving to help determine
their goal.

Club Foundation
Goal Form
Many club Presidents-Elect will be VERY
conservative in setting their Foundation
goals.
They may have had NO involvement with
their club’s Foundation giving or goalsetting, and don’t know what their club
is capable of giving.

Club Foundation
Goal Form
They don’t want to “miss” their goal; so they set
a LOW one.
You can be the cheerleader to help them set a
realistic goal, yet one that might challenge their
club and members!
Goals can be entered in Rotary Club Central; but
please ask them to bring a copy to PETS.

“To-do” List for the
Rotary Foundation
• November is Rotary Foundation month.
Encourage your clubs to schedule a
Foundation program (maybe honoring new Paul
Harris Fellows).
• Remind your clubs to properly recognize
their sustainers and PHFs throughout the
year to thank them for their contributions
and encourage them to continue giving!

Rotary Foundation
Lastly, encourage clubs to make regular
Foundation contributions. Clubs who bill
sustainer contributions with their dues
should remit the Foundation
contributions quarterly.
Thank the clubs who are striving
towards their fund goals, and, when
appropriate, challenge them to even
exceed their goals.

And please, work with clubs who aren’t
making contributions. You will receive
quarterly updates on APF contributions.
EVERY club should make their first
contribution BEFORE December 31,
2013.
And ask us for help, anytime!
