OpenHealth+ (OH+) Deployment Functional Leads
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Process End to End Training Functional Leads – Roles and Responsibilities
Who: Subject matter experts in a critical business function that is impacted by this program. Based on the structure on slide one Functional Leads
have become our critical subject matter experts for the OH+ deployment and will be involved through deployment for each region to provide process
support and ensure a successful deployment.
Why: The Program Team relies on these Functional Leads for their business expertise and to represent the best interests of their functional area
across all regions. The team has been involved in requirements, acting as a consultant to the IT Team and has been the key tester for user acceptance
testing. Given their interaction from the very beginning of the project they will ensure that end-to-end business processes are working correctly.
What: Functional leads will be responsible for decision making, training support, and a “go to’ resource for new users within their functional location
on day one of implementation (i.e., Claims onsite at our Vendor Partner location in India, Call Servicing in Manila). It will be their responsibility to make
sure the users will have support to answer question and provide guidance how system use and to communicate any issues to the IT Team for
resolution.
