Objectives
1. Educate Expo attendees about the diversity of
Georgia agriculture
2. Promote Georgia agriculture through
partnerships Expo-wide
3. Leave a legacy for future Spotlight States
Diversity of Georgia Agriculture
• Georgia’s #1 industry
• Partners: state agencies, commodity groups,
colleges & universities, industry: technology,
innovation, production, agribusiness
• Major focus is to show broad diversity of the
agricultural industry
Educational Exhibits
• Exhibits: 8x10 panels across back wall of the building
– Panels allow for future use – single or combined panels
• Mural graphics depict diversity of Georgia agriculture
– From ports in Savannah to the Capitol in Atlanta
– All major commodities of Georgia agriculture
• 3-D, with addition of factoid “popouts”
– On foam core attached to mural using magnets – easy to
customize for future uses
Partnerships
• Recognize key partners in Georgia ag
– Encourage visits to partners to learn from the experts
– Provide a map of with all partners.
• Encouraged to visit partners, get a sticker on their map.
