One-Stop Workforce Centers leverage public
workforce dollars with other state and local
funding; business resources and services; and
foundation support to provide:

◦ job search assistance
◦ occupational skills training assistance

Deliver workforce solutions
◦ These services and resources are available to job
seekers
◦ Workforce Solutions are also available to local
employers








Identify and refer qualified workers to fill job
openings
Provide information about available resources
and tax credits
Create On-the-Job Training Programs
Customized Training
Incumbent Worker Training for Layoff Aversion
Provide local Labor Market information

Pre-qualified applicants who are referred to
you by Opportunity Inc.
