Keeping Children Safe
• Recent incidents in foster homes have
increased awareness of the importance of
safety.
• Need to assess ability to provide care and safe
environments to abused and neglected children.
• Goal: To utilize these forums for sharing ideas
and ways to enhance safety for children in our
care.

children in foster care due to their medical

cannot immediately be ruled out, how
