DFPs in IM
ROLE OF DFPS IN INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
1. Coordinate with local government counterparts

Encourage a two-way information sharing process through a single focal
point
2. Advocate for regular district member updates of IM tools
provided by Dhaka.
3. Disseminate documents, minutes and tools from Dhaka level to
district members
The DFP mechanism aims to reinforce the coordination structure by
strengthening sharing of information from district level to Dhaka
and vice versa both during preparedness and response phases.
