Face-to-face Counselling o o o o o o o Discuss your concerns with the Telephone Counsellor The need for F2F is identified A referral is made to a local counsellor You will be contacted within 24-48 hours Short-term counselling is provided Each case is managed by an ICAS case consultant If sessions are not attended, counselling will be ended
