• Go Live: Monday, Feb 4th
• Training Sessions: Multiple-On site trainings sessions at each of the campuses (Jan 17th – Feb 1st) Please
make sure you are signed up
• PBS will be have step by step training guides, WebEx videos, Tips & Tricks documents for users to access
before go live
• Captivate videos will be available in March
• Sent out DRL/PPL checklist for items that need to be complete as we approach the go live date
• Online postings:
• Postings currently listed with Chronicle of Higher Ed are editable at no cost. You will have to
log in to the account and make changes to the posting number or quicklinks (update will be
made within 30 minutes of change)
• Postings currently listed with HigherEdJobs.com will be managed at no cost by the
PeopleAdmin & HigherEdJobs.com integration teams to update the postings automatically
after go live
• Postings currently listed with HigherEd.com will be managed at no cost as part of the upgrade
process
