Submitting forms to Student Services
• Complete a YELLOW Transcript Request form-name of college(s)-on
counter in Student Services office
• Include:
• Letters of recommendations (2-3) allow 7-10 days to write
• Student profile or resume-or attach electronically
• Personal Statement or Essay-or attach electronically
• Other documentation requested
• Turn all forms/letters/etc. to the SS secretary
• Provide stamps and envelop for mailing within 2-3 days or school mail
will be sent within one week.
• Turn everything in together-not one thing at a time-will not accept
• ACT scores-colleges need a copy-did you authorize a copy to college

ASVAB-stands for Armed Forces Vocational Battery, a multi-aptitude test battery taken
by juniors and seniors in HS. The battery consists of 10 short individual tests, which
cover:

3. Arithmetic Reasoning
4. Mathematics Knowledge
5. General Science
6. Auto and Shop Information
7. Mechanical Comprehension
8. Electronics Information
9. Numerical Operations

The ASVAB is a good reflection on how well you have developed your academic
occupational abilities.
The ASVAB is free and will be given on Oct. 27thth @ 7:30 am here at Preble.
