TLG – Depth Control
New on TLG is the possibility to get roller in front of the harrow or in between the 2 tine sections to make
the depth control. In this way you can choose the sequence of the equipment to suite your soil conditions
In front:
In middle:
•
• Roller have more crushing effect after the 2 rows of tines
Roller will level and firm before harrowing to brake clods
and fine tilling
•
Less risk of bulldozing in wet conditions of the roller (less
wet clods)
45x10
• Firming before rear section of tines is doing final tilling
and levelling (can be more blockage sensitive if wet
conditions)
TLG – Cage Roller
• Cage roller Ø 400mm made with 8 tubes
• Depth adjustment made with infinite screw
• Doing depth control in 2 possible positions
(front or middle)
• Action: crumbling, levelling, firming, no
blockage risk when mounted in front of the
harrow
TLG – Tine angle setting
Adjustable angle with semi curved tine
provides:
• Ability to be efficient when changing working
angle
• When 90° position, share has an aggressive
position to make deeper crumbling and more
active work
• When 50°position, the shares are acting like a
passive straight tine to make sorting of clods
and fine soil on top of the ground to prepare
ideal seedbed
TLG – Tine sections
• Front section: 2 rows of semi-curved tines 45x10
mm (45x10 mm straight as an option), wider tine
spacing 250 mm to open the ground and brake
bigger clods
• Rear section: 2 rows of semi-curved tines 32x10
mm (or 45x10 mm semi-curved or straight as an
option), closer tine spacing 125 mm to make fine
crumbling and levelling of the top layer
• Infinite screw adjustment
• Adjustable angle from 50 to 90 ° to reach
more or less aggressively, and or to avoid
flicking wet soil back on the top layer
• The 2 tine sections can be adjusted in
different angle positions
• Easy adaptation to soil conditions
TLG – Clod board
• High vibration capacity provide intensive crumbling and good
levelling
• Mechanical adjustment or hydraulic for in-cab control to vary
from aggressive to more passive position
• Can be put in a non working position
TLG – Rear Roller
Double crumble roller front Ø 310mm / rear
Ø 280mm:
Different diameter offer better crumbling effect and by
projecting bigger clods higher insure perfect final top layer
where small clods are still on top and fine soil underneath.
• Easy adjustment by hand
• Rear folding cylinder protected by a plate
• Compatible with intermediate finger harrow
Crumble roller front Ø 310mm / rear Crosskill
Ø 290mm
• Good crumbling effect with more reconsolidation on
the surface due to heavier Crosskill rings
• Rear folding cylinder protected by a plate
• Friendly adjustment by hand
Single crumble roller Ø 310mm
• Good crumbling effect
• Spring loaded adjustable
• Compatible with finger harrow
• Rear folding cylinder protected by a plate
TLG – Track eradicator
Non Stop + Goose foot share 180 mm
•
•
•
•
Fast and easy depth adjustment with pin
Wide A blade to make a good lifting of the track
Easy sideways adjustment to match with all track width
Spring loaded protection to run in hard stony and
compacted soil with safety
Pig Tail tine sq. 22mm with standard share 40x8mm
• Depth adjustment with bolt and counter bolt
• Tines sliding on the support to match with track and tyre width
• This tine is providing good vibrations to brake up tracks in
lighter soil conditions.
TLG – Transport
• 3 section folding back to 2.5m for
optimum safety on the road
• 3 sections also better adapted to follow
ground curves in the field
TLG – Technical data
Options: Front levelling bar, manual or hydraulic Clod board, finger harrow, single or double
crumble rollers, crumble / Crosskill rollers, track eradicators and side deflectors.
TLG – Main arguments
 Heavy-duty precision cultivator
 Optimum preparation of seedbeds for sugar beet,
potatoes and vegetables
 The construction is based around 4 working zones
- A robust levelling board in the front
- An effective cage roller for depth control
- 4 rows of effective S-tines
- A finger harrow or a single/double roller at the rear
 Ideal cultivator for the preparation of very firm, levelled
and fine seedbed.
 The finger harrow, single or double roller makes
seedbed perfect
 The flexible "bolt-on" principle enabled the change of
the position of the cage roller from the front to the
middle of the tine sections
 High performance because of working widths from
4.0, 5.0 to 6.0m.
