Two times a year None yet Two times a year This is done mostly by the contact point and MA of territorial cooperation, usually more than once a year Related to call for proposals, e.g.: when opening a call, or when beneficiaries are entering into implementation phase We include this information in every seminar for applicant where TNC is provided Before starting the selection of submissions of projects within the framework of specific activity, responsible institution or co-operation institution arranges informative seminars for potential project submitters about the possibilities to implement projects, introducing with requirements and conditions for project submission and also introducing with possibilities to implement transnational activities and measures. Frequency of the arrangement of informative seminars depends on the schedule of responsible institution or co-operation institution for starting the selection of submissions of projects of specific activity Such meetings are organised by IBs responsible for selection of transnational projects.
