Consequences in case of non-compliance

Aspiring status for the first time: requires advice and
support by the TRBN Secretariat to achieve progress
towards Compliant status

Aspiring status for two consecutive times: warning, made
public within TRBN, additional advice and support

Aspiring status for three consecutive times: exclusion from
TRBN membership for at least one year
