Flexible Topologies

The SmartDispatch solution uses the following software and service composition.
- SmartDispatch Client-Workstation
- SmartDispatch Server
- SmartDispatch Gateway

All components can be installed on a separated hardware with IP-technology for a flexible topology.

For a single line dispatcher all components can be installed on a single computer.

 clicking “Take” it means the dispatcher is informed of the emergency
 clicking “Handle” indicates the dispatcher has handled the emergency
