A Picture or a Map would be a nice
addition here. Delete this textbox
and add a graphic. This does not
need to be a figure from your
paper, any eye-catching, relevant
graphic will do. Give credit if the
photo is not yours, and provide a
short caption in small text below
the photo that describes what it is.

Abstract
Introduction
Your text should be at least this large. Replace this text with
your own.
This may be the only part of your poster anybody actually
reads in detail – so you might want to make the font larger
than the other boxes. This is size 36, whereas the other text is
at 32.
Discussion and Conclusions
This can be two separate sections (if you really want to highlight
some conclusions) or a combo section.
Try not to make this box any wider than it is. You have room for
3 columns that are 13” wide. You need at least 1” of space
between columns (Between this box and the yellow one). You
should have at least ½ “ of space between each section within a
column (Between this box and the green one.)
If you really want somebody to read what you have to say,
make bulleted lists instead of wordy paragraphs – see Results
section
Results
Sometimes people will just put bullets with short sentences, instead of
lots of text. (In that case, make the text even bigger!)
50% of my study subjects died. This is a font
size of 40
Materials and Methods
Enter your methods here. You can copy text from a word
document and paste it inside this box.
