Effectiveness System (PGES) is to have
every student taught by an effective teacher.
The goal is to create a fair and equitable
system to measure teacher
effectiveness and act as a catalyst for
professional growth.

scheduled in a 5 day window span.

Student Voice Survey p.41
Feedback that collects feedback yearly on specific aspects of
the classroom experience and teaching practice.
Results will be used as a source of evidence for Professional
Practice. Formative years’ data will be used to inform
Professional Practice in the summative year.
Principal will determine the sections to participate in the survey,
with consistency building-wide.
10 or more students must respond for the data to be
considered. Students must be enrolled a minimum of 15 days
