• Contact time is determined by conveyor/belt
speed. Some machines have up to three speed

Pre-wash预洗
Softens/removes grease and gross food soils.
Temperature should be less than 50°C将油脂和食物残留

Detergent and hot water removes food soils.

Removes most of the detergent solution from ware.

82°C fresh water final rinse removes any remaining
detergent residual from the ware. A small amount of
rinse additive is injected into this water to promote
faster drying and spot-free results 82度的清水最终漂洗
去除餐具表面所有的洗涤剂残留液。少量的漂洗剂同时注入,
提高餐具的干燥速度和餐具的光洁效果.

order to build up heat in the
ware as it passes through
the machine. It is this build
up of heat that allows fast
drying of the ware as it
exits the machine!餐具在洗碗
