Definitions
• Inform: To impart information to; make aware of
something. To give or provide information. (The
American Heritage Dictionary.)
• Informative Speech: An informative speech provides
information to an audience. The aims of an informative
speech are to help your audience understand and to
remember the information you are presenting: you will
provide information about a specific topic.
Assignment
Write an informative speech about a country (except the United
