Engagement with Training Partners

• NSDC and PSE’s have common set of aspirations in the domain of skill development • PSE’s lack credible partners to carry out trainings for sub-segments of target group in identified locations under CSR (backward regions, operational locations, etc.) • Long-term sustainability and impact of projects (quality training, placements, etc) is an area of major concern.

• Various skills – arts, handicraft, BFSI, digital literacy etc. – making the trainings actionable linking with jobs
