儀器定義
儀器用於科學研究或技術測量,專用於一個目的
的設備或裝置。一般來說儀器是複雜的,由多個
部件組成。儀器一般不是非常大,往往可以直接
拿在手中操作,比較大的儀器很少大於一間房間
(一般被稱為裝置)。大多數儀器被用來做一定
的操作過程,但也有只用來做測量的儀器。儀器
在科學研究和實現中是不可或缺。
電子量測儀器:
• 以電子的手段,量測電壓、電流、頻率等電量之儀器;如半導體IC測試設
備、通訊測試儀器及PXI/VXI模組儀器等;
製程控制儀器:
• 用於程序控制、環境控制、流量控制等儀器;如工業校準器、壓力校正器
及流體恆流器等
光學理化分析儀器:
• 用於光學、物理、化學等特性分析儀器;如酸鹼度計、光譜儀及顯微鏡等;
醫療儀器:
• 用於醫療診斷、分析、監視儀器;
其他儀器:
• 其他用途儀器,如礦石探查器、風速計(儀)及地震儀等
