Accidents & Ill-health
All accidents/incidents and ill-health should
be reported to your supervisor and tutor.
– For investigation to establish the cause.
– To identify trends and learn lessons.
First Aid
Identify who your first
- aiders are at work.
– If an accident occurs it
will save time if you
know where to locate
your nearest first aider.

make yourself aware of the assembly points.
