


with imagination or wisdom. A mental image of
what the future will or could be like.
A Vision is either
Practical, i.e. based in reality and emanating from
an understanding of the status quo, as this one
attempts to be, or
Utopian, i.e. an unattainable ideal state based on a
dream or fantasy
