A little bit about me . . . .
• I studied primary teaching at Chester University for 4
years.
• I have worked at Woodslee Primary School for 4 years.
• I currently work in F1 (3-4 year olds)
• I also have the role of MFL coordinator.
Education System
Early Years:
• F1 (Nursery)
3-4 years
• F2 (Reception) 4-5 years
• Early Years follow Development Matters- Structured play.

Education System
In Year 6, children visit Secondary schools.
Children from Woodslee go to several different secondary schools.
There are several grammar schools on the Wirral and children have to
take 11+ exam if they want a place in the grammar schools.
Some secondary schools are mixed and some are single sex schools.

Key Stage 2 learn French in years 3 and 4 and Spanish in years 5 and 6.
