• Don’t know what’s happening
Keep in mind that an effective Goal should be:
WHICH ONE ARE YOU?
What should a Goal be?
• Personal
• Relevant
• Realistic
• Flexible
• Measurable
• Realistic, i.e. challenging but achievable
• As specific as possible
• Clearly expressed
