• *In consideration of being permitted to play in this event hosted by the Malaysian Flag
Football Association, I hereby release, on behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, and my
assigns, the Malaysian Flag Football Association, its members, stewards, and sponsors,
from liability for injury, death, or loss suffered by me while participating in this event, and
in engaging in any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same
may occur, which result from the ordinary negligence of Malaysian Flag Football
Association or its members or stewards.
• I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in this event and further acknowledge that I
know, understand, and appreciate the inherent risks involved in this activity. I assume full
responsibility for any and all injuries or damages which may occur to me as a result of the
inherent risks associated with playing this activity.
• I agree that by signing, I understand that photographs taken during the event are property
of the Malaysian Flag Football Association. I understand that they may be printed, placed
on the Malaysian Flag Football Association website, or used in any promotional materials
as needed.
