Child Support Enforcement Network

Is
CSENET
CSENet enables the user to transfer child
Support information electronically between
52 diverse state CSE systems via the
Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement
Network (OSCE). Data Exchange is accomplished
through use of standardized transactions that provide a
common basis for processing interstate case activities.
What
Is
The
Purpose
Of
CSENET
The CSENet system receives, validates, and
transmits standardized child support case
transactions among state child support
Enforcement systems (CSE).
It provides a standardized approach for state
CSE systems to generate and process
automated interstate Child Support
information via the OCSE Network.
State users electronically initiate and respond to
CSE case activities in other states for:
Locating Non Custodial Parents
Establishing Paternity
Establishing Support Obligations
Enforcing Support Orders
Gathering additional case information

CSENET
The purpose of this training is to teach you what CSENet is,
what it will do, and how to use it. CSENet is located on KASES
under Case Management (03), then Interstate Actions (09).
The training is divided up into different segments. These
include this introduction, CSENet exchange agreement,
worklists/events, CSR-04A, receiving a provide, making
requests, using CSENet update, and quick locate.
