Transcript Sign up Instructions

How to Sign up to referee.
First, you need to register.
Second, you need to sign up for a
game.
REGISTER
On upper right side, click on Referees and then Referee Information.
 This
page is missing the link, but it will
soon have a link to sign up as well as this
powerpoint to show you how. Until it is
posted on the moorpark website, just use
this link: http://cgisports.com/ref/5546/
Click on “To sign up to referee a game, Click Here.”
Below the LOGIN button, click on “Please Register Now.”
Fill out all of the required fields and click on the SEND REQUEST button.
What Happens Next?
 Once
you submit your request, an email
will be sent to the Referee Administrator.
He will assign you the necessary
privileges and then “Approve” you. An
email will be sent to you saying that you
can now sign up for games. You can now
go back to the Moorpark website, select
Referees’ Corner and the click on the link
to sign up to Referee.
Enter your UserName and Password and click on “Logon.”
You can now select the division, date or time and click on “View Records.” You
can play around with entering data on the right, but you will usually only utilize
the fields on the left.
Check the box in the slot that you want. Select the team that you want to give
your referee point to and then click on “MAKE REQUEST”.
You will get this message.
What next?
 You
have now signed up for a game. On
Thursday, you will receive an email
reminding you that you have a game.
 On
Saturday, show up early and check in
at the referee tent. You will need to hilite
your name on the assignment sheet so
that we know you are there.
If you make a mistake and need to unselect a match, place your cursor over
the “DROP”, and it
To complete the drop, click the blue button “Yes Drop Game”.
To view your schedule, click on “MySchedule” at the bottom.
You do have the option of changing the team that you are giving your ref points
to. After selecting your new team, a confirmation Pop-Up box will appear
asking for confirmation.
