Suggestions:  Use CHG wash cloths pre-op  Let the antiseptic solution dry prior to incision by placing timers  Place timers on surgical scrub sinks  Produce a strict policy on surgical scrubs  Empower staff  Distribute findings to unit staff  Work with EVS and Facilities
