by the Confederation of Indian Industry, which focuses on four areas of
development: employment, employability, entrepreneurship and education.
We are committed exercising positive discrimination in creating livelihoods
EMPLOYABILITY
for personnel from historically disadvantaged
communities and in employing

Pankh Scholarships
The Pankh Scholarships are given to
students nominated by employees
Tata Capital sponsors deserving students from the AA
Communities who have:
•Secured admission to a professional course, based on
merit
• Are financially deserving
• Have a valid caste certificate (or can get one made
asap)
Employees are invited to nominate any deserving candidate
they know of who requires a sponsorship, through an e-mail
The sponsorship is only for course and exam fees – in case
any other funding is required (text books etc.), it is looked at
on a case to case basis
The cases are presented to the CS&AA committee for final
approval
The employee nominating the student is the mentor.
The students are tracked for results in their exams and for
final placements as well, once they successfully complete
their course.
7 students sponsored so far.
