Mangel på norsk spiss-kompetanse. Har vært vanskelig å tiltrekke oss norske
studenter i konkurranse med olje/gass-industrien

Behov for å utvikle personer som kan gå inn i globale stillinger (teknisk kundeservice,
ingeniører i operative stillinger, …).

Gode språkkunnskaper. De fleste lærer seg også norsk på kort tid

Internasjonal – bred kulturbakgrunn – berikelse for miljøet

Stor arbeidskapasitet og ikke redd for utfordringer
