GODFREY C. MUYAMBI MOTIVATION FOR EMPLOYMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am a highly motivated educator who is passionate about teaching and learning. I hold a Master degree
in Natural Science Education. Recently I got two certificates through online learning namely a Certificate
in Strategic Implementation of ICT Integration in Education through WITS University and in Business Risk
Management through University of Cape Town (UCT). One Practical Based Assessor course through
IKASA Consultancy Enterprise. My experiences in doing these two online courses and the assessor
course have taught me a lot which I think will be quite useful in the UNISA online programmes.
Furthermore, I am pursuing a research PHD Degree based on Information and Communication
Technologies (ICTs) in education. If employed by UNISA I will be able to add value to the students’
learning experience.
Besides that my interest in Education spans over 10 years of teaching experience. In schools taught, I
have produce good results. I taught in North West as Physical Sciences Specialist Educator under the
Dinaledi Program and currently in Gauteng, I am involved in teaching children from poor communities
under the Secondary School Improvement Plan (SSIP). I also, provide extra classes in Mathematics and
Physical Sciences to learners in Temba Hammanskraal area during weekends. Therefore, I have no doubt
that if employed by UNISA, I will make positive differences in students, and will be able to inspire them
to attain their greatest potentials.
I will be very grateful if I am given an opportunity to facilitate and interact with students through the
advertised post.
