Software Support Engineer
IT Solutions specializes in providing technology solutions and offering new business ideas,
using Software & Web Based Systems. Our team is a mixture of young professionals &
ambitious people, coming from different backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to clients using software products
2. Respond to feedback, train users and liaise with them on problems and queries
3. Report to the manager on a daily basis and assist in all aspects of engineering control
and test support
4. Work in a team-oriented environment
5. Able to meet deadlines
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer
Information Technology or related field
2. Database experience with MS SQL Server
3. Good knowledge of C#, ASP.net and SQL
4. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
