光電量測報告 自動視準儀的原理與應用 班級：車輛三乙 學號：49715059 姓名：楊弘光 摘要  自準直儀 (autocollimator) 又稱自動視準 儀，是精密的角度量測儀具，在工程上可用 來進行角度、平行度、直線度、平面度與直 角度的測量，在校正領域中是重要的角度感 測儀具。角度雖是長度的導出單位，但對精 密量測的需求卻日益重要。角度標準一般以 角度塊規、方規或多邊規作為標準，但不論 是量測或是校正，均須利用自準直儀。 原理 應用  1.測量桌面的平面度，測量精度可達 0.5μm/m。  2.測量機械滑軌的直線度，直角度及平行度， 測量精度可達0.5μm/m (0.1秒)。  3.測量分度盤與轉盤的定位精度，測量精度 可達0.1  4.可以直接在生產線上進行組裝的調校作業。
