Ci saranno sei categorie di premi per le migliori poesie. Si prega di leggere con cura gli argomenti.

REGOLAMENTO PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE
• La partecipazione è gratuita. Il testo della poesia, unito alla scheda d’iscrizione, deve pervenire alla KeatsShelley House entro il 6 maggio 2017.
• Le poesie non devono eccedere le 50 righe di lunghezza.
• I testi devono essere presentati in modo leggibile preferibilmente in forma dattiloscritta su una facciata di un
foglio.
• Le poesie non possono essere accettate senza l’autenticazione dell’insegnante con una firma alla
fine di ogni poesia.
• Se si desidera la restituzione del testo, si prega di accludere una busta affrancata con indirizzo.
• Eventuali illustrazioni saranno apprezzate, ma le poesie saranno giudicate solo in base alla qualità del testo.I
vincitori saranno contattati entro la fine di maggio con informazioni sulla cerimonia di premiazione.
Le visite scolastiche alla Keats-Shelley House, che includono una presentazione in lingua italiana o inglese da parte
di una nostra guida, si possono effettuare previa prenotazione (i contatti in alto a destra).
CALLING ALL YOUNG ROMANTICS: oltre al nostro concorso, la Keats-Shelley Memorial Association offre ora un
premio per poesie e racconti in inglese dedicato a studenti di età compresa tra i 16 e i 18 anni.

The Keats-Shelley House is proud to present the twenty-sixth annual Poetry Prize for schools.
There are six categories of prizes for the best poem. Please note carefully the themes for the different
age groups.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
• There is no entry fee. The poem, together with the entry form, must be sent to the Keats-Shelley House by the
6th of May, 2017.
• Poems must not exceed 50 lines.
• Entries are to be written legibly - preferably typed on single sides of paper.
• Poems cannot be accepted unless authenticated with a teacher’s signature at the end of the entry
form of each poem.
• If you would like your poem to be returned to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
• Illustrations are appreciated, but the poems will be judged based solely on the merits of the text.
The winners will be contacted by the end of May and will be notified of the prize ceremony details.
School group visits to the Keats-Shelley House, including a talk by one of our trained guides in English or Italian,
must be booked in advance by contacting us (see contact details above).
CALLING ALL YOUNG ROMANTICS: As well as our Rome-based prize for poetry, the Keats-Shelley Memorial
Association now offers an international prize for young people aged 16-18 for poems and short stories in English.
