I prezzi del presente listino sono da considerarsi franco partenza.
Contributo trasporto a carico del cliente.
La ditta si riserva il diritto di apportare ai propri modelli le modifiche che riterrà necessarie per motivi estetici e di funzionalità, anche senza preavviso.
Eventuali contestazioni su ammanchi o rotture, saranno accettate esclusivamente se rilevate al ricevimento della merce tramite annotazione sulla bolla di
consegna.
Motivazioni diverse dal punto 4, saranno prese in considerazione solo se segnalate per iscritto entro e non oltre otto giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
Eventuale materiale reso, solo previa accettazione da parte di Fontana, soltanto in perfetto stato, viene accreditato in misura del 75% del prezzo fatturato.
I pagamenti dovranno essere effettuati presso il nostro domicilio entro il termine stabilito.
Il mancato rispetto degli stessi provocherà l’addebito degli interessi di mora, al tasso corrente più le spese. Il materiale, anche quello in esposizione,
resterà di nostra proprietà sino al saldo.
In caso di controversie il Foro competente è quello di Pesaro.
I prezzi esposti sul presente listino sono al netto di I.V.A.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente, anche se spedita franco destino. N.B.: per tutti i trasporti effettuati dal vettore, in container, sono
previsti imballaggi particolari: Per forni da esterno € 25,00, Per forni da incasso € 20,00.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
• The prices are to be considered ex-work.
• The goods are shipped at the purchasers risk and hazard, even if shipped free at destination.
• The company reserves the right to make modifications to its models which it feels are necessary for functional or aesthetic reasons, even without advance
notice.
• Any claims concerning stains or breakage will be accepted only if they are detected upon receipt and duly noted on the shipping documents.
• Reasons different from those set forth in point 4 will be considered only if they are communicated in writing no later than eight days from receipt of goods.
• Any materiaI which is returned, only if in good condition and with the prior consent of Fontana srl, will be accredited at 75% of the invoiced value.
• Payment must be made to our location by the agreed due date. Failure to meet said payments will cause accrued interest to be charged at the current rate,
plus expenses. Material, including that on display, shall remain our property until full payment is made.
• In case of controversies, the Court of Pesaro (Italy) shall have jurisdiction.
• The prices shown in the price list do not include VAT.

Les prix indiqués dans ce catalogue s’entendent Franco départ.
La marchandise voyage aux risques et périls du destinatair, même en cas de livraison Franco destination.
Si nécessaire, la Société se réserve le droit de modifier ses modèles sans préavis, pour des raisons esthétiques et/ou fonctionnelles.
Toute réclamation concernant d’éventuels dommages ou ruptures ne sera acceptée que si elle a été formulée par l’acheteur au moment de la réception de
la marchandise par annotation expresse sur le bordereau de livraison du transporteur.
Les réclamations pour des motifs différents de ceux cités au point précédent ne seront acceptées que si elles sont été adressées par écrit dans les huit
jours à compter de la date de réception de la marchandise.
Le retour des marchandises ne peut être effectué que sur autorisation préalable de Fontana srl et pour des marchandises en parfait état. Le
remboursement correspondra à 75% du montant de la facture.
Les paiements devront être effectués auprès de notre siège social dans les délais fixés. Le non respect des délais de paiement entraînera
automatiquement l’application d’intérêts de retard calculés sur la base du taux bancaire en vigueur, majorés des frais accessoires.
Fontana srl se réserve la proprieté des marchandises livrées, même celles en exposition, jusqu’ au complet paiement du prix.
Pour tout litige, le Tribunal de Pesaro (Italie) sera seul compétent.
Les prix indiqués dans le présent listing s’entendent Hors Taxes.

propone come forno a combustione diretta
destinato a soddisfare queste esigenze
estetiche. Questo forno si distingue dagli
altri modelli anche per il comodo carrello
chiuso ideale da utilizzare come vano
per la legna oppure come camera di
lievitazione. Importante novità la porta forno
con apertura orizzontale ma sopratutto
con ampia finestra in vetro ceramicato:
questa soluzione permette di verificare e
controllare lo stato della cottura delle vostre
pietanze senza dover aprire continuamente
la porta e rischiare eventuali piccole perdite
di temperatura. La superificie di cottura
utile è di 60x60 cm, e la stuttura esterna è in
acciaio elettro-zincato e verniciato a polveri
per la più grande tenuta alle intemperie.

PanePizza è la risposta agli appassionati
della tradizione, che chiedono un forno
che possa mantenere più a lungo le
temperature, per cotture “low and slow”,
del pane, degli arrosti, senza trascurare le

la vera pizza. L’interno del forno è realizzato
in purissimo refrattario certificato per il
contatto con il cibo, con basamento e volta
che consentono una superficie di cottura
