l'applicazione del presente Contratto dovrà essere avviato esclusivamente nei tribunali del
Foro di Torino (Italia)
8.2 Any legal action or proceeding concerning the validity, interpretation and/or enforcement
of these “Terms of Use” shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of Turin (Italy).
8.3 I presenti Termini d'uso non sono da interpretare contro o a favore di nessuna parte, ma
in modo conforme all'equo significato del linguaggio ivi contenuto. L’eventuale invalidità di
una parte di questi Termini d'uso non andrà ad inficiare e ad invalidare il resto dell'accordo
stesso.
8.3 These Terms of Use shall be construed neither against nor in favor of any party, but rather
in accordance with the fair meaning of the language hereof. The invalidity or unenforceability
