Milan, 29 December, 2016 – Ge Capital Interbanca S.p.A. informs the shareholders that the GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A. annual general meeting, with the first meeting on January 2, 2017 at 11am is not taking place because, as per the information received, the parent company Banca IFIS S.p.A. has indicated the intention to not to take part to the first meeting. GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting will therefore take place in the second meeting on January 18, 2017 at 11am at the legal head office of GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A., Corso Venezia n. 56, Milan.
