Registration Fees
• Full fee: Euro 120,00 + 22% VAT
• Reduced fee for Resident, Nurse, Radiology Technician,
ESTES member: Euro 85,00 + 22% VAT
The registration fee includes: admittance to the Congress
Sessions, Congress kit, certificate of attendance, coffee
break.
u CANCELLATION policy
By car
Tangenziale Ovest, Cormano exit, direct to City center Niguarda
Cancellation of registration has to be compulsorily notified in
writing (by email or fax) to the Organizing Secretariat. 70%
of the amount paid will be refunded if cancellation is made
no later than 11th November 2016. After that date there is
no refund.

Italian credits for Continuing Medical Education (CME) will
be requested by Noema srl unipersonale (Provider n. 891)
for Physicians, Nurses and Radiology Technicians. The
complete list of specialties to be granted of CME credits will

Certificates of attendance will be issued to each participant
by the Organizing Secretariat at the end of the Congress.
