NINA POWER
Nina Power is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy
at Roehampton University and the author of One
Dimensional Woman (Zero Books, 2009). Her
writing has appeared in various publications
including frieze, Radical Philosophy, The Guardian,
The Wire and Cabinet. Along with Alberto
Toscano, she served as editor and translator of
Alain Badiou’s On Beckett (Clinamen, 2003). At
this event she will be discussing current anti-work
ideas with reference to the accelerationist project
and the dream of ‘full automation’.
