NADC is one of thirteen Small Business Transportation
Resource Centers (SBTRC) in the Nation
NADC became the Northern Plains Region SBTRC serving the
states of Iowa, Minnesota, Montana and North Dakota

OSDBU's Mission:
• Ensure that small business policies and goals of the
Secretary of Transportation are implemented in a fair,
efficient, and effective manner through the SBTRCs.
• Implement DOT's activities on behalf of small
businesses, in accordance with Sections 8, 15, and 31
of the Small Business Act, as amended.
• Provide opportunities, technical assistance, and
financial services to the small business community.

Primes, etc)
• Education workshops or 2 ½ day seminar
• Bond readiness – one on one meeting with surety

bonding
