These are the steps you need to do in order to be admitted to the final
exam and graduate successfully during the Autumn Session:
From 11th October to 11 th November 2016 h 12:00
Complete the questionnaire Alma Laurea in your Reserved Area (Sportello
Internet Studenti > LAUREA > select link “Alma Laurea”)
You are asked to submit to the Student Services the:
 “Request of Admission to the Defence of the Final Dissertation”
(Domanda di ammissione alla prova finale)
Fill in the online form in the Reserved Area (Sportello Internet Studenti)

Complete the graduation session enrollment in the section “Degree” on
your personal page, print and hand in it to the Student Services
(Dalmine). It must be signed by your Principal Supervisor (Relatore).

 Remember:
- To attach one € 16,00 duty stamp for admission the Graduation
exam;
- To enclose the copy of the payment of 51,00 €, which will be printed
after closing the online procedure. You can print the payment form at
a later date by returning to the same section in the Reserved Area 
Registrar’s Office  Payments
The graduation fee (€51,00) is the sum of:
- € 35,00 cost of the parchment (diploma)
- € 16,00 stamp duty for the parchment (diploma)
The graduation session enrollment is valid only once. Students who
have presented applications in previous sessions must pay only € 35,00
(instead of € 51,00) and have to resubmit all the documents.

You must provide Student Services a CD which contains a copy of
your thesis in PDF format;

You must submit also:
- a copy of your thesis to the Principal Supervisor (Relatore)
- a copy of your thesis to the Co-Supervisor (Correlatore)

Performance in the final examination is graded on a scale from 1 to 110 with 66 and
110 as minimum and maximum grade respectively. A 'cum laude' can be added to the
maximum grade as a special distinction. The weighted average is calculated as the
sum of each subject’s mark (which ranges between 18 and 30) multiplied by the
relative CFU, divided by the sum of all CFU.
The Academic Regulation of the Master Degree Course lists the highest and lowest
possible variations in the final mark:
- Thesis without “controrelatore”: maximum 6 points
- Thesis with “controrelatore”: maximum 9 points (Students should ask their
supervisor for information about the “controrelatore”).

Within the start of the session, students are required to return the library
material borrowed.
Students who, for whatever reason, do not manage to graduate after submitting
the application for admission are asked to give timely written notice to the Student
Services of the Department of Engineering.
Detailed information on examination session and related calendars, classrooms and
commissions will be published on the web site within two weeks from the day of the
graduation exam.
