BACKGROUNG
New Race was created in 2013, fruit of a family business founded by a
cycling lover, despite having a short history it has extensive experience
in wheel assembly and distribution of world-renowned brands.
After years of problems with hubs of other brands, the founder of the New Race decided to create a reliable and lightweight product. The
first product of New Race was created out of necessity and unreliability
of other brands used by the founder of the New Race.
The New Race hub, the first component created, assured from the
outset the initial success of the brand, a light product and at the same
time reliable, tested extensively by professional athletes in order to
ensure their performance under the harshest conditions that the final
consumer may present.
Its reliability, low weight and quality were quickly recognized by
consumers, its success secured the growth of New Race.

It’s through their ambassadors that New Race aims to reach the four
corners of the world.
We want to bring to the customer a highly competitive “ready to race”
wheel, and not just a product flourish with marketing.
Our products are the outcome of extensive testing on the terrain with
thousands of kms on the part of our athletes and New Race producers
themselves, with hours of dedication and an obsessive search for
quality.
Our wheels are handmade to reflect our dedication, pride and value.

indispensable help of the New Race family, composed of athletes who
provide constant feedback and demonstrate the quality of the products
in races all over the world with hundreds of podiums, from the dunes

CRASH REPLACEMENT
New Race designs and manufactures products that will
confidently survive the rigors of competition and riding at the
highest levels. We are aware that accidents happen more often
than any of us would like. It may also be that you have put a
ridiculous amount of Km in the sand and mud and actually
wore out an New Race product, while this hasn’t happened yet.
Should something happen not covered by warranty, we want you
to keep riding with New Race products with as little pain to your
bank account as possible. With that in mind we offer a LIFETIME
Crash Replacement Policy to the original owner.
TWO YEAR NO HASSLE WARRANTY
New Race warrants all products to be free from defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from
the original purchase date, (receipt required). This warranty is
non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser of the
product. Claims under this warranty must be made through the
retailer where the original purchase of your New Race product
was made. Proof of purchase is required.
