Implementation Timelines
Fall, 2013 - Work with GPCC to get graduate proposals using
the paper process through the curriculum levels
January, 2014 - Begin online implementation for graduate
curriculum proposals
Spring, 2014 - Work with UPCC to get undergraduate
proposals using the paper process through the curriculum
levels
August, 2014 - Begin online implementation for
undergraduate curriculum proposals
Note: The final phase of the Curriculog implementation will
be integration with Banner, which is occurring behind the
scenes.
Online Trainings
Three types of online training:
– Proposal originators
• Complete curriculum proposal forms
– Curriculum Committee Chairs and Faculty
Administrators
• Review and make comments on proposal forms
• Make decisions on curriculum proposal forms
• Curriculum Committee Chairs only: set up meeting
agendas and use the system for curriculum meetings
– Curriculum Committee Members
• Review curriculum proposal forms
Online Training Roll-Out
Beginning December:
– Available to individuals involved with graduate
curriculum proposals
Beginning May:
– Available to individuals involved with
undergraduate curriculum proposals
Note: As faculty/staff complete user training for each
role type, they will be allowed access to that particular
Curriculog role in the system.
