Senior To-Do List
 CAUTION: AVOID SENIOR-ITIS!!!!!!
 How To Apply For HOPE:
•Visit www.gacollege411.org
•Under “Shortcuts” click on “HOPE Scholarship Information”
•Scroll down to the section entitled “Application Procedure”
•Check with your individual college for deadlines for completing the
FAFSA and/or GSFAPPS
 Need to request transcripts? To request, go to
http://www.mypaymentsplus.com, log in and under “Other
Payments” expand the “Counseling” tab. Under “Counseling”
you should see the link to request a transcript. **If you do not have
internet access, please see your counselor to handle any transcript requests you may
need.
 Does your college need a MID-YEAR REPORT? These
are free but must be requested from Ms. Upchurch in the
Counseling Office. (UGA/Common App Schools will
automatically be sent)
 Are you a Pathway Completer? You may be able to earn
a seal on your diploma or a medallion to wear at graduation!
The form is due to the Counseling Office on or before Friday,
April 22, 2016. It is your responsibility to obtain and return the
form in a timely manner. Counselors will be available in the
cafeteria that week to verify.
 SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE! Please visit the WFHS
counseling website under the Financial Aid section for scholarship
information.
 Got acceptance letters?? We want to know! Please
remember to sign the BLUE BOOK in the Counseling Office so
that your name, picture, & college acceptances can appear on
the “Our Seniors Are Going Places!” bulletin board.
 Senior Dues are $145.00! Pay online at
www.gabalfour.com.
