Electronic Searching


This involves use of Keywords, Boolean Logic, Proximity Operators, and
Online Thesauri
Executing electronic searches in Dialog vs. the Internet
– Same keywords are used but the search is executed differently based on
requirements of the search engine/database and limits that they have
– Stemming, or truncating, is also needed to make sure all forms of the word are
captured

